亚热带地区墙体隔热技术现状与研究方法分析

摘要(Abstract):

我国南方大部分地区属于亚热带季风气候区,该地区建筑夏季隔热至关重要。从隔热技术的机理出发,简要介绍了隔热涂层和隔热层的发展状态,重点综述了国内外复合墙体、多层结构、相变墙体和绿化墙面的发展现状和研究方法。通过文献综述分析得到几种隔热技术的优点和适用范围,以及侧重的角度和合适的研究方法,并得到几种技术的缺点和限制,进而提出墙体隔热领域仍有较大改进空间的结论,为墙体隔热技术的发展提供新的视角和可参考的方向。
The thermal insulation technology of external walls in summer for most parts of south China which is in the subtropical climate zone is crucial. This reviewpaper organizes and summarizes the literature on wall insulation technology when used as passive tool for energy savings in buildings. With the information obtained in the reviewed literature,some key aspects are considered,such as the status and research methods of composite wall,multilayer structure wall,wall with phase change materials and vertical greenery systems. Main conclusions of this literature, including advantages and scope of application of related technology,analysis angle and methods of research,are summarized. The reviewconcludes that some aspects of wall insulation technology field must be studied and improved in depth. A newvisual angle is referred by the conclusion.
