基于能耗模拟的中瑞生态城建筑用能指标确立

摘要(Abstract):

无锡中瑞生态城作为尚在规划的绿色生态城区实践之一,其能源规划需以指标体系作为指导。以确立该项目的建筑能源规划指标为目的,基于公共能耗监测平台数据、实地调研及标准规范,从上海既有单体建筑典型模型及其校验出发,采用eQUEST软件和情景分析法建立办公、商店、宾馆饭店三类公共建筑的无锡区域建筑能耗预测基准模型,并参考统计结果对基准模型的模拟结果做出评价,由此得到:无锡中瑞生态城的办公建筑总电耗指标为92~95 kW·h/(m2·a),商场建筑的总电耗指标为168~172 k W·h/(m2·a),商场建筑的总电耗指标为168~172 k W·h/(m2·a),宾馆饭店建筑的总电耗指标为110~113 kW·h/(m2·a),宾馆饭店建筑的总电耗指标为110~113 kW·h/(m2·a)。
Sino-Sweden Wuxi Eco-City,one of the practical green ecological districts which are still under planning,has a great demand for a corresponding index system to guide its energy planning. In this paper,benchmark models,combined with different building types,building layers,and window-to-wall ratios,are established using scenario analysis with the reference of typical building models,based on the data from investigation as well as relevant national and local standards. Typical models of office,marketplace,hotel and restaurant buildings in Shanghai are built in eQUEST as supplements to the model inputs,which are also calibrated with the sub-energy consumption data from the public energy monitoring platform. The reliability and validity of the simulation process are proved by the comparison with statistics.In this way, the energy planning indicators of public buildings in Sino-Sweden Wuxi Eco-City are recommended as follows: the electricity consumption index of office buildings is 95~97 kW·h/( m2·a)。
