上海既有公共建筑节能改造方案对比分析Building Energy Conservation Solution for Existing Shanghai Public Buildings' Reconstruction

摘要(Abstract):
以上海市某酒店建筑为对象,按照《公共建筑节能设计标准》对其围护结构进行了节能改造设计,对比分析了改造前后建筑空调负荷组成的变化,并对外墙改造和外窗改造带来的节能效益进行了对比。结果显示,在上海进行类似的公建节能改造中,应该首先进行外围护结构的改造,尤其是建筑外窗的改造具有比较高的节能效果。
An existing hotel building is re-designed based on the national energy conservation standard.Its AC cooling load composition and energy conservation potential were studied before and after re-design,and energy-saving efficiency of exterior wall was compared with exterior window.Results show that thermal performance improvement of building's enclosure is very important for energy efficiency building,especially the thermal performance improvement of building's window will contribute to saving energy consumption and run cost in building's window reconstruction.
