催化燃烧Ⅳ型炉热效率的研究Research on the Thermal Efficiency in Catalytic Combustion Burner Ⅳ

摘要(Abstract):
催化燃烧实现了贫燃料燃烧,扩大了传统燃烧的可燃界限,可达到近似100%的燃烧效率,提高了能源利用率。在催化燃烧炉Ⅱ型的基础上,在提高热效率的原则下,设计研制出了催化燃烧Ⅳ型炉。在催化燃烧Ⅳ型炉中,分别对气相燃烧和催化燃烧的燃烧状况进行了分析并比较了2种燃烧方式热效率。实验结果表明,在其他条件相近的情况下催化燃烧比气相燃烧的过剩空气系数大时,其热效率还比气相燃烧热效率高。
Catalytic combustion,which achieved the combustion of lean-natural gas/air mixture below the flammability limit of conventional combustion and improved the ratio of energy utilization with 100% fuel efficiency.To improve the catalytic combustion thermal efficiency,on the basis of catalytic combustion burner Ⅱ,the catalytic combustion burner Ⅳ was designed.Moreover,the combustion conditions of catalytic combustion and gas phase combustion in burner IV were analyzed respectively,and the thermal efficiency of catalytic combustion was compared with gas phase combustion.Experimental result shows that under other similar conditions,catalytic combustion has higher thermal efficiency than that of gas phase combustion when excess air ratios of catalytic combustion was higher.
